From Boston:
Take Route 95 North to New Hampshire. Take Exit 2 for Exeter, Manchester and Hampton Beach -- Route 101. Take Route 101 West to Exit 11 marked Stratham-Newmarket. Turn left at the lights at the end of off ramp onto Portsmouth Avenue/Rte. 108 South. At 2nd set of traffic lights turn left onto Alumni Drive to Exeter Hospital, Exeter Healthcare, Synergy, and the Perry Medical Building.
From Portland:
Take Route 95 South to New Hampshire. Take Exit 2 for Exeter, Manchester and Hampton Beach -- Route 101. Take Route 101 West to Exit 11 marked Stratham-Newmarket. Turn left at the lights at the end of off ramp onto Portsmouth Avenue/Rte. 108 South. From Manchester:
Take Route 101 East toward Portsmouth. Take Exit 11 marked Stratham-Newmarket-Portsmouth. Bear right at the end of off ramp onto Portsmouth Avenue/Rte. 108 South. At the 2nd set of traffic lights turn left onto Alumni Drive to Exeter Hospital, Exeter Healthcare, Synergy, and the Perry Medical Building.
From Nashua Area:
Take 111 to Exeter downtown area. At the bandstand turn right onto Water Street. Go left at 1st set of traffic lights onto Portsmouth Avenue/Rte. 108 North. At 2nd set of traffic lights turn right onto Alumni Drive to Exeter Hospital, Exeter Healthcare, Synergy, and the Perry Medical Building.
From the Spaulding Turnpike South:
Take Exit 1 for Pease International Tradeport. At the end of the Exit, turn right into the Tradeport. At first set of lights, turn left onto International Drive. Stay on International Drive for approximately one mile. Immediately after the Fire Station, turn left onto Rye Street. Equinox Health & Healing is on the left, #19.
From Route 95 South:
Take Exit 3A bearing right past the Trailways Bus Terminal Station. Continue straight until you come to a stop sign, go left onto Corporate Drive and take the first right onto International Drive. Take the second right onto Rye Street, at the Fire Station. Equinox Health & Healing is on the left, #19.
From Route 95 North:
Take Exit 3 for Pease International Tradeport. At the lights, turn left, proceed into the right lane, turn right at Pease International Tradeport sign and continue straight until you come to a stop sign. Turn left onto Corporate Drive, take the first right onto International Drive, then take the second right onto Rye Street, at the Fire Station. Equinox Health & Healing is on the left, #19.
From Route 33:
Follow Route 33 until the green and white Pease International Tradeport sign. Turn left to enter the Tradeport, continue until the stop sign. Turn left onto Corporate Drive, take the first right onto International Drive, then take the second right onto Rye Street, at the Fire Station. Equinox Health & Healing is on the left, #19.
Portsmouth Exeter
From Portland:
Take I95 South to New Hampshire. Take Exit 3B, Rte. 33 West. Go left towards Greenland and Stratham. Go through 4 sets of traffic lights. At the Stratham rotary bear left onto Rte. 108 South/Portsmouth Avenue toward Exeter. Immediately after the rotary on the left is Millbrook Office Park at 118 Portsmouth Avenue.
From Boston:
Take Route 95 North to New Hampshire. Take Exit 2 for Exeter, Manchester and Hampton Beach - Rte. 101. Take Exit 11 marked Stratham-Newmarket. At the end of the ramp, turn right onto Rte. 108 North/Portsmouth Avenue. Continue on Portsmouth Avenue 1.5 MILES TO 118 Portsmouth Avenue and the Millbrook Office Park on the right.
From Manchester:
Take Route 101 East toward Portsmouth. Take Exit 11 marked Stratham-Newmarket-Portsmouth. Turn left at bottom of ramp onto Rte. 108 North/Portsmouth Avenue. Continue on Portsmouth Avenue 1.5 miles to 118 Portsmouth Avenue and the Millbrook Office Park on the right.
