
Personal challenges can affect us all. These challenges may lead to absenteeism, accidents, group friction and lost productivity. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) can help. Our EAP professionals will assist you and your employees in dealing with problems that may affect morale and reduce productivity.
EAP is part of Exeter Hospital’s Center for Occupational and Employee Health. Our mission is to provide confidential and professional counseling and assistance services to employers, their employees and members of their households.
We offer short-term, solution-focused counseling and referrals for a range of personal and family problems that people encounter from time to time.

- Consulting with managers and supervisors about issues of specific interest to them
- Counseling employees with job performance issues
- Helping employees adapt to the new role of manager/supervisor
- Delivering employee training to address the specific needs of work groups

We also deliver training to employee groups on topics of general interest, such as:

- Balancing work and family
