“Clinic on Wheels” Program
Exeter Health Resources' Mobile Medical Van is a 37-foot health clinic on wheels, equipped with a wheelchair lift, exam room and consultation area. The Mobile Medical Van was acquired in 2002 to meet the increasing health care needs of the community by providing convenient and efficient health screening services.
Our Mission
The Mobile Medical Van plays an integral role in our mission to improve the health of employees. When requested, we provide a series of free health screenings including cardiac risk assesment and blood glucose (diabetes) testing. The free screenings are our way of demonstrating our support to the employers and employees in the Seacoast area.
Certified registered nurses (RN’s) perform the screenings, evaluate the results and provide educational information. They are also happy to facilitate follow-up referrals when necessary.
