At The Center for Cancer Care at Exeter Hospital, we believe support is an important component of the care and recovery of our patients and their families. Several programs are available to support individuals throughout their cancer experience.

Counseling services are available to all patients and families.
Oncology Rehabilitation includes Physical Therapy (including lymphedema management), Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy.
Nutrition Services are provided by licensed dieticians.
Cancer Well-fit exercise program at Synergy Health and Fitness Center
Support Groups are available specifically for individuals, families and men.
Art Therapy Programs are available for children, adolescents and adults.
Support Programs include Look Good...Feel Better, Integrative Therapy, Reiki, Spiritual Care, Adventure Day and Pet visits.
Special Events are held throughout the year including Survivor's Day, Relay for Life, the Susan G. Komen Ultimate Drive and Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.
A Resource Library is available to patients and families in the waiting area.
Innisfree is a New Hampshire nonprofit organization whose mission is to help ease the distress of the cancer experience.
With coordination by the Center for Cancer Care, Exeter Hospital also hosts a monthly compasssionate care session for clinicians called the
Schwartz Center Rounds. These rounds allow our staff members to discuss the emotional issues surrounding compassionate patient care.
