Patient Information
We offer assistance to members of the media who are seeking a patient condition. In accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) guidelines, the patient's full name must be provided when requesting this information. For assistance call (603) 580-6642. Outside of normal business hours, a member of Community Relations can be reached via pager through the communications desk at (603) 778-7311. |
