Free diabetes support groups are held monthly in the greater Seacoast area, providing practical tips, information updates, and emotional support to individuals with diabetes and their friends and family members. The groups are a wonderful opportunity to talk with others about issues regarding diabetes care.
You may attend one, several, or all support group sessions at the location of your choice. Registration may occasionally be required for special events.
