HealthReach is a collaborative community education effort led by area physicians, Exeter Hospital, Exeter Healthcare, Rockingham VNA & Hospice, Lamprey Health Care, and SeaCare Health Services. Our mission is to provide community-based education and health care management information to ensure a state of "well-being" in our community, not just the absence of disease.
HealthReach resource representatives provide confidential assistance to callers on a variety of health-related topics, as well as information about services, programs, and physician referral.
