Rehabilitation Program: This program is provided at Athleticare, Exeter Healthcare, and for the homebound, through Rockingham VNA. The program includes physical therapy or occupational therapy evaluation and treatment, and is based upon your individual needs and physician referral. There is a fee for this service, which is insurance reimbursable. It is covered by most insurance plans with physician order.
